• You are responsible for the content you create (transactions, contacts, witnesses).
• You may export or delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
• You have the right to close your account at any time.

Google API Services & OAuth Consent

Wathīqah uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication and may, with your explicit consent, access limited Google user data (e.g., basic profile, email, optional read‑only contacts). We comply with Google API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

• Scopes requested are limited to the features you choose to enable.
• We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising.
• You may revoke Google access at any time via your Google Account.

Disclaimers

Wathīqah is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wathīqah and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these terms or misuse. You may terminate by deleting your account. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Wathīqah are owned by Akanors Ventures Ltd (akanors.com) or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the service strictly as permitted by these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@akanors.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes shall be in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the application or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
